The discipline regulation at school is designed to ensure safe and optimal learning conditions and to develop positive relationships between all members of the school community based on the principles of mutual respect.
The document is intended for all members of the school community – students, parents, school staff.
Compliance with the General conduct rules of by all members of the school community is a necessary condition for successful learning and creating a favorable harmonious atmosphere in the school.
All cases not covered by this regulation are considered by the school administration.
All members of the school community (students, parents, school staff) should be aware of the Regulation.
Students' introduction to this document should be organized by the class supervisor during class hours at the beginning of each school year.
Parents can get acquainted with the document through the class supervisor at the first parent-teacher meeting or independently.
Newcomers and their parents are introduced to the Regulation during the first week from the moment of entering the school by the class supervisor.
The staff gets acquainted with the document during meetings or independently.
REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS.
• demonstrate courtesy and respect for other students and adults;
• meet the requirements of teachers and other school staff;
• come to school on time, with homework completed;
• have necessary belongings for training facilities;
• take care of school property;
• observe the rules of Safety Requirement Techniques in classrooms, dining room, library, in the street;
• come to school in appropriate clothes, according to the prescribed form (for pre-school students – comfortable clothes).
STUDENTS MUST NOT:
• leave the school territory during the day without the administration consent and written parents’ permission (or telephone conversation with parents) or medical staff permission. Students may leave the school only with the school administration permission and students should be accompanied by the parent or person responsible for the child;
• leave classroom without teacher's permission;
• use mobile phones in the learning process;
• bring items or substances dangerous to them and others;
• leave trash;
• bring expensive things, iPads, iPhones to school;
• leave things unattended;
• run through the corridors;
• speak loudly and shout.
STUDENTS ARE FORBIDDEN:
• to smoke;
• to bring or drink alcohol beverages or drugs;
• to take actions that are dangerous for others.
PARENTS’ AND STAFF SCHOOL ROLE:
Parents play an important role in education and upbringing process of their children. Parents can help prevent students' violations and behavior (on the issues of delays, missed classes, extracurricular activities, students’ appearance in particular, etc.).
The school administration recommends parents to get acquainted with this Regulation, to maintain close contact with the class supervisor and subject teachers.
If necessary, parents may contact the school administration.
The class supervisor is the main figure between parents and school in the solution of discipline questions.
The class supervisor plans educational work in the classroom, introduces students and parents to this Regulation, monitors and corrects students’ behavior , maintains close contact with parents and subject teachers, as well as with the school psychologist.
THE SCHOOL STAFF:
Each employee should be an example for students in matters of discipline, appearance, support and implement the basic principles of this Regulation in school life.
DISCIPLINARY DISTURBANCE AND SANCTIONS:
Realization purpose of this document in pre-school is a creation of positive and safe atmosphere between all community members, the misconduct prevention, introduction to conduct rules.
A minor behavior violation is corrected by the teacher or tutor.
WORK WITH THE CHILD:
teacher’s or tutor’s conversation with the child;
a psychologist’s supervision for the child, recommendations for parents.
Serious disturbance includes:
using physical force or bulling;
the quiet environment disruption during classes and breaks;
school property damage.
Pre -school students are forbidden to bring cell phones and dangerous toys.
PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING SERIOUS DISCIPLINARY DISTURBANCE:
a psychologist’s supervision of a child;
inviting parents to meet the administration.
In difficult cases, the administration has the right to resolve necessary measures (dismissal from classes, exclusion from pre-school).
The decision on this issue is taken by school principal.
Primary SCHOOL DISTURBANCE.
teacher’s or tutor’s requirements insubordination;
class or homework failure;
disrespect to other students;
eating or drinking during classes or inappropriate places;
cell phone using;
teachers and school staff disrespect.
STUDENT’S IMPACT MEASURES:
Warning letters are used to inform parents on accumulative problems and student’s correcting behavior.
The 1st warning letter is the Notice. The student and his parents are invited to meet teachers. (Responsible is a class supervisor);
The 2nd warning letter is the Notice. The student and his parents are invited to meet the administration. (Responsible is a class supervisor). At this stage, a psychologist is involved to work with the student; the child is given the opportunity to undergo a psychological and pedagogical support program for children with regular discipline disturbance. A decision on measures to influence the student is made on the administrative level.
All letters are recorded by a primary school psychologist and class supervisors. Letters signed by parents are stored in the student's profile.
Serious disturbance include:
repeated disciplinary disturbance;
using physical force or bulling;
provocative actions with serious consequences;
leaving school during the day without administration permission
MEASURES OF INFLUENCE ON A STUDENT IN CASE OF SERIOUS DISTURBANCE.
Class dismissal for 1-2 days, according to the decision;
Student’s disciplinary control transference;
Elimination from school.
The school administration informs parents about all cases of serious disturbance in written form. The second copy of the letter is put by the school Secretary in the student's profile.
This Regulation establishes the definition of students’ appearance , business dress code and establishes the wearing dress code order for Tamos education students from 1st till 11th grades.
Neatness and tidiness.
Clothing must be clean, fresh, ironed.
Shoes must be clean throughout the school day.
Appearance must exclude extravagant parts.
Students should be attentive to personal hygiene (hair, face and hands should be clean and well-groomed, used and deodorizing means should have a light and neutral smell).
All students of the School are PROHIBITED wearing the following clothes and shoes variants during school hours.
Sports clothing (tracksuit or its part), with the exception of physical education lessons, and choreography.
Clothes for outdoor activities (shorts, hoodies, t-shirts and t-shirts with symbols and bright inscriptions).
Low-cut dresses and blouses.
Too short blouses that open part of the body or back.
Tight-fitting (tight) figure pants, dresses, skirts.
Beach shoes (Slippers and flip-flops).
In clothes and shoes should not be very bright colors and causing extravagant details that attract attention.
Extravagant haircuts and hairstyles.
Dyed hair in bright, unnatural shades.
Manicure and makeup.
Manicure of bright extravagant colors (blue, green, black, etc.)
Manicure with design in bright colors (drawings, rhinestones, clips).
Make-up using bright, rich colors
Appearance should be perfect in everything. The school is not a place to demonstrate design delights and extravagant ideas.

These Rules must be followed by all students. Accepted students are familiarized with the regulations before enrolling to School.
